Wednesday, Jan. 6th 2010 P2 Menu

I will drink 80 ounces of water today
Coffee w/SF DaVinci Syrup
Hot Tea w/Stevia throughout the day

Grissini 8:30am
Baked Apple (Apple diced up with Cinnamon, water & Stevia)
Chicken & Onion w/Taco Seasoning (I will bake the chicken and then add it to my onions once they are cooked to desired tenderness)

Grissini
Strawberry Freeze
Tomato Soup w/Shrimp
