Thursday, Jan. 7th 2010 P2 Menu

80 ounces of water at least
coffee w/SF DaVinci Syrup in the morning
Hot Tea throughout the day

Grissini 8:30 am was hungry this morning. Then I realized I'd forgot my dose this morning so I took it at 8:45am
Baked Apple I split it into 3 servings as I was feeling "snacky"
Chicken w/curry powder
Cabbage Soup

Grissini
Strawberry Freeze
Fish w/garlic & dill seasoning
Celery
