Wednesday, December 23rd 2009 Weigh In

This morning I weigh 127.8 1 pound up from my LDW. I expected that or worse since I ate ssssooooo late last night. Went holiday grocery shopping and ate a P3 dinner at 8. I also didn't get much sleep. I went to bed at 11:30 and was awake at 2...yuck! I'm still in my +/- 2 pounds.

Wednesday, December 23rd 2009 P3 Menu

Today is the first full day of my Christmas/New Years Interruption. Here is the menu I have planned for today although I may change it up depending on how I feel hunger wise.

As always at least 80 ounces of water

Coffee w/SF DaVinci Syrup & Heavy Cream...oh how I have missed thee...lol

RibEye Steak rubbed with olive oil & topped with Garlic Butter after baking. (It's real big so I will have 1/2 for breakfast & 1/2 for lunch
Homemade Ranch; will dip steak in this at lunch

P3 Mock Ice Cream

put strawberries and cream and some stevia in a blender and blend it up till smooth then put in the freezer (works better if you have an ice cream machine) and stir it every hour until solid makes a great P3 ice cream!

Dinner is still up in the air. Technically I can eat P3 style tonight. So I may have a Chicken Salad w/Homemade Ranch or a Taco Salad....not sure, sorry.
Tomorrow I will defiantly be having a P3 style menu :0)

Mon. & Tues. December 21 & 22 Weigh Ins

I had a big day yestaurday so sorry I didn't get time to post. Monday I was 126.6 up .2 lbs. from my LDW of 126.4. Monday was the 2nd day of the "dreaded 72hrs" but I made it through.
Today, Tuesday, December 22nd I have wiggle room!! I'm at 125.8 down .6lbs. from my LDW of 126.4. I love wiggle room!!
At 7pm tonight the dreaded 72 hours will be over and I will be free to eat P3 style...Whaaaa Whooo big steak for breakfast tomorrow!

Sunday, December 20th 2009 Weigh In

I'm up .2 lbs. this morning. No biggie after my big 1 lbs. loss yesterday.

I am using last nights 7pm dose as my last one for my Christmas/New Year Interruption. I still will be eating VLCD Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. On Tuesday at 7pm I am free to start eating P3 style for my interruption. I will most likely wait until Wed. morning to eat like P3 though.

I will be using the P3 rules of eating and maintaining and stay +/- 2 lbs within my LDW during my interruption. I hope to loss a bit more during the next few VLCD's weight ins to have some more "wiggle room" away from my LDW ;0)

I will go back on VLCD Monday, Jan. 4th 2010 and hopefully get to my goal of 120 before the 26th of January. I am Happy, Healthy and Maintaining!
