Wednesday, December 16th 2009 Menu

I will drink at least 3 liters of water today. I wasn't able to get all my water in yestaurday due to my mouth being numb from tooth being pulled.

Coffee w/SF DaVinci Syrup

Apples split into 2 servings starting at 9am
Onions Sauted with Chicken Kabob seasoning
Chicken w/garlic seasoning
