This is what I ate yestaurday

Coffee w/HWC & Iced tea
60 ounces of water

5 pieces of Costco Low Sodium Bacon

Strawberries w/HWC

Baked Chicken w/Olive Oil, Garlic & Thyme

Apple

Prime Rib
Broccoli w/butter & Italian Seasoning dipped in Mayo.

Total Calories 1,562 Fat Grams 106.8 Carb. Grams 55.3 Protein Grams 94.2

Very filling and satisified day!!
