Today is the first full day of my Christmas/New Years Interruption. Here is the menu I have planned for today although I may change it up depending on how I feel hunger wise.

RibEye Steak rubbed with olive oil & topped with Garlic Butter after baking. (It's real big so I will have 1/2 for breakfast & 1/2 for lunch
Homemade Ranch; will dip steak in this at lunch
Avocado Deviled Eggs

Salad w/ground beef, tomato, cucumber & olives w/Homemade Ranch
